Dubia Hill villa - Since 2004, We at have been lucky enough to work on some very special projects. The Award winning " The Tree of Life" villa in the heart of Dubai Hill is Full smart home automation system comprising of multi-room AV, custom TV lifts, enterprise WiFi, intercom, CCTV, and complete Philips Dynalite lighting & HVAC all under Savant automation
Palm Jumeriah
Palm Island villa was completed in 2022. We took over the project from another AV contractor after the client was unhappy with certain aspects of their work. Our scope of work was full smart villa lighting using Dynalite, AC and window treatment control throughout. Other packages included background music, Home cinema, CCTV & access control all controlled via the Savant automation system. Other elements supplied include hidden tv behind motorised sliding panel and swivel drop down in the master area.

Beach front Palm Island villa was recently completed . Our scope of work was full villa smart lighting using Dynalite, HVAC and window treatment control throughout. Other packages included background music, Home cinema, Hikvision CCTV & access control all controlled via the Savant automation system.

We were pleased to have the opportunity to design and supply a complete smart lighting and automation system to this stunning Dubai Hills project that was recently included in the top 50 home in Dubai. Every inch of this home has been meticulously crafted with the finest materials and expert attention to detail..System includes Dynalite display keypads, B&W in-ceiling speaker, Sonos room amps, Ubiquity wifi-6 access points with 2N door access control.
Palm Jumeriah
This Palm Island work was quite complex due to the sheer quantity of LED strip used in this project.
The designer had specified for dimmable LED strip to be placed at skirting level along most of the rooms and corridors as well as the coving in the ceiling.
The end result was over 300m of LED strip used throughout the villa and landscaping.
Our scope of work included Lighting control, home automation from Savant, distributed audio to 24 zones, IT services included High speed WiFi and CCTV.
Island of Mauritius

Luxury villa on the beautiful Island of Mauritius. Our role was to supply and installation of most of the technical aspects of the work including smart RGB lighting & AC control, IP audio and video distribution, 12 seat home cinema, nightclub sound system, CCTV, networking and WiFi.
Jumeriah Golf Estate
We recently completed this project in JGE villa that was undergoing a full bare bone renovation. A full project included villa wide intelligent lighting control including AC, blind control with Tv soundbars and zoned music system. Components used Dynalite phase dimming module with vintage colour Antumbra keypads.

This private villa on Jumeriah Island received a full back to core renovation. Our scope of work included installation of smart lighting control with AC, multi room audio, motorised curtains, CCTV, and high speed wifi throughout the villa and on wall touch panel from Savant.

Private apartment on a high level floor at The Address Hotel in Dubai Marina. A full back to core renovation.
