We were contacted by the client who was interested in the Savant control package for the renovation of his Palm villa as he had the the same system in his other properties.

 

The villa was completely taken back to a bare shell with new AC, windows, flooring and ceilings. This work allowed us upgrade the lighting system  with Dynalite and the Savant control system.

This Palm Island work was quite complex due to the sheer quantity of LED strip used in this project.

The designer had specified for dimmable LED strip to be placed at skirting level along most of the rooms and corridors as well as the coving in the ceiling.

The end result was over 300m of LED strip used throughout the villa and landscaping.

Our scope of work included Lighting control, home automation from Savant, distributed audio to 24 zones, IT services included High speed WiFi and CCTV.
