This Hattan residence was completely gutted inside with new ceilings, floors, kitchen and custom cabinetry throughout to give this villa a clean contemporary design.

Our scope of work for this project was multi-room audio in all the main areas, supply and installation of Nest thermostats.

We also upgraded the villa wifi network to enterprise level and installed and programmed a number of internal and external CCTV around the villa.
