Private Client , Burj Khalifa Penthouse, Dubai. - AV and lighting control, Savant Control Package.

This Burj Khalifa penthouse apartment was completely gutted by the client allowing us free access to upgrade every aspect of this property.

Our scope of work included lighting, Music and video distribution, AC control, motorised curtains and iPad control.

The Burj Khalifa has the Philips Dynalite lighting control fitted throughout as standard so when the interior designer added many new lighting circuits, it was easy for us the add some additional modules to control them.

The old Philips keypads we swapped out with the Antumbra display keypads and main system was reprogrammed.

The client also had some specific requirements for the way some of the lighting should be controlled. He has some glass fronted wardrobes to display some high end couture.

The LED strips hidden within the shelves should light when the door is opened via a door trigger, but he also wanted all the wardrobe light to come on as part of a room scene.

We also supplied mirror TVs for all the bathrooms and 65" waterproof tv with pop up lift for the outdoor terrace complete with hi powered speaker package.. We even added control of the RGB colour lights in the terrace jacuzzi on the Savant control system.
